S TA R - S T U D D E D E L E C T R I C PA R A D E O P E N S A U T O S H O W A ctor and comedian Tracy Morgan and racing driver Nelson Piquet Jr. led an electric vehicle parade on the streets of Manhattan to officially open the Show while crowds of spectators looked on. The parade featured the all-electric Jaguar I-PACE plus a range of fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles including: Toyota Prius Prime, Chrysler Pacifica PEH, Nissan Leaf, Honda Clarity Plug-in, Volvo XC60 PHEV, MINI Countryman PHEV, Chevy Bolt EV, Kia Soul EV, and others.

Working with New York State, the New York Auto Show unveiled a dedicated ‘Electrics’ booth designed to educate consumers about the ever-growing list of electric vehicles available to them at franchised new car retailers.
