WABC aired a live one-hour special called In the Fast Lane on the first Saturday of the New York Auto Show. Eyewitness News meteorologists Lee Goldberg and Amy Freeze were joined by Sports Anchor Ryan Field to go behind-the-scenes of this year’s New York institution. The special included extensive coverage of the Show and backstage footage of the event. F O X S P O R T S With exclusive coverage and behind- the-scenes action, Fox Sports premiered its one-hour special from the 2018 Show on FS2. The special also aired at the same time, on FSR, Fox Sports Racing, in Canada and the Caribbean, giving the show an international reach. The special featured highlights from the more than 60 new car debuts, as well as the latest in concepts and new car technology, including autonomous vehicles.
