ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING VIDEOS RELEASED Dealers Must Train All Employees by October 9, 2019

NewYork dealers must distribute and implement anti-sexual harassment policies and provide interactive training, per legislation passed earlier this year. All dealership employees need to be trained by October 9, 2019. They will then have to be retrained annually. Watching the videos alone does not meet the State’s interactive requirement but having employees complete a responsive worksheet is likely to meet the requirement.
