VERIFI Users 6 Month Recertification VERIFI user accounts are valid for a 6-month period as part of the VERIFI security features. A facility administrator will need to renew the users assigned to their facility once they expire or are within 15 days of expiration. The process for all Facility Administrators to follow to properly recertify a user is shown below. 1. The Facility Administrator logs into VERIFI. 2. Then navigates to the User Management page, Facility Users Tab. 3. Next locates the user needing to be recertified (days to recertification are displayed).

4. Then clicks on the user needing recertification to open that user’s profile. 5. Will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Recertify”button. This will recertify that user for the next 6-months.
