SECURE POWER OF ATTORNEY FORM USE
A recurring problem facing dealers is that a customer with a missing title who is trading in a vehicle often fails to return to sign a duplicate title. To address this issue and meet dealers’ needs, GNYADA worked with the DMV to create the MV-93 Secure Power of Attorney form. The MV-93 authorizes the dealer accepting the trade-in as the attorney-in-fact for the purpose of odometer and damage disclosure and signature on a title. This eliminates the need for the customer to return to the dealership to sign the duplicate title.
