GNYADA will be holding town hall meetings on Long Island, NYC and Westchester County. These meetings are open forums where members can hear and ask questions from key representatives from Government agencies including the Attorney General’s office, the Department of Motor Vehicles and NYC officials. In addition we have invited expert counsel from the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) who will discuss the latest news on federal lending practices and automotive advertising. Richard Sox, of Bass, Sox and Mercer will discuss key franchise law protection issues. Attendees will also hear from a compliance expert from DealerTrack along with Steve Rosenblatt, CPA who will cover new important accounting practices that will affect your dealership. Federal and state agencies continue to demand compliance from dealers, and now local villages and towns are step- ping up regulatory enforcement against dealers. Surfboard signs, zoning rules and curb cut regulations are enforce- ment subjects now familiar to GNYADA members.

Attend these meetings to get answers to your questions and listen to experts discuss some of the important issues that are impacting your businesses.
