GNYADA Dealers Collect Over 4,

The Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association and more than 60 of its franchised new car dealer members collected more than 4,500 winter coats for needy New Yorkers this winter. This year marks the third year that GNYADA has participated in the annual New York Cares Coat Drive, bringing our total donations to nearly 10,000 coats.

Just days before the holidays, GNYADA directors, members, and staff delivered the bulk of the coats to the New York Cares collection center in Manhattan so that they could be distributed to the individuals who desperately need them. This year, GNYADA reached out to local legislators who came to dealerships and used social media to help get the word out about the collection sites to their con- stituents.
