BILL McANDREWS Bill McAndrews is a business advisor providing guidance in strategy develop- ment and implementation, marketing services, organizational tactics, and management solu- tions. Bill also provides leadership coaching and mentoring, as well as assisting organizations with day-to-day management issues. KIKI ORSKI Kiki Orski, President of Peak Per- formance, specializes in helping people make “connections” in order to increase sales, produc- tivity and customer satisfaction. For over 17 years she has focused on coaching and training all lev- els of personnel to achieve higher levels of suc- cess. Kiki is a certi fi ed DiSC© facilitator.
MARK RODRIGUEZ Mark Rodriguez is founder and President of Auto Client Care, Inc., an auto- motive sales and sales management training or- ganization. With over 20 years of retail and training experience, Mark specializes in training and coaching personnel to deliver world class customer service.
JEAN MARIE RUGG Jean Marie Rugg is General Manager of GNYADA'S DMV - DIRECT division. Her automotive biller experience enables her to quickly explain DMV procedures and require- ments to dealership employees.
JUDY VANN KARSTADT Judy Vann Karstadt has three decades’ experience in the industry, and specializes in training for sales, marketing, F&I, and management. Judy is an AFIP Accredited Facilitator and has trained hundreds of F&I man- agers.
