Obviously, the new administration inWashington has dominated the news and its dramatic change in focus compared to the prior administration has brought significant changes to safety and health rules, consumer protection enforcement and tax accounting – to name a few. In addition, the lawmakers in Albany have been busy affecting day-to-day employment practices for dealers such as, mandatory paid sick and family leave and implementing new bathroom signage requirements.
