NYC Anti-Sexual Harassment Poster/Notice Requirements: ERP’s Model Employee Handbook has been updated in compliance with the new Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy requirements. Members of ERP can receive this Model Handbook as a benefit of ERP membership. In addition to the training requirements, dealers must meet the following posting and notice requirements: The Stop Sexual Harassment Act Notice poster in English and Spanish. All employees must receive the Stop Sexual Harassment Act Factsheet at the time of hire.

Recordkeeping • Dealers must retain a record of all employees trained, including a signed employee acknowledgment. • It is a best practice to retain these records for the duration of employment plus three (3) years.
